Model RLCC-1000 is capable of liquid-liquid separation based on the partitioning of solutes between a steady stream of mobileRLCC-1000 phase and the stationary phase filled in the locular column system. The mobile phase can be easily switched to migrate in the ascending mode or in the descending mode. The system consists of 16 locular columns, each consisting of 37 chambers. The rotation speed is adjustable from 0 to 100 rpm with digital readout of the speed. The angle of the columns is adjustable from 0o to 90o. The system is biocompatible, with all wetted parts made of Teflon, polyetherketone, or glass. DyChrom.
