Anti-human annexin V monoclonal antibody (mAb), clone RUU-WAC2A, is for use in apoptosis research. It is suitable for immunoprecipitation of soluble annexin V, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Also for apoptosis research, anti-human granzyme B mAb, clone GrB-7, specifically recognizes the human serine protease granzyme B and does not react with granzyme A. Biotin-labeled anti-human P-glycoprotein mAb MRK16 reacts specifically with a surface epitope on this glycoprotein involved in multidrug resistance. It can be used on live cells. For cancer research, a mAb recognizes the 86-kD subunit of the human Ku protein. Ku is a nuclear protein thought to function in cell signaling, DNA replication, and transcriptional activation.
