The DNA Purification Kit II is suitable for purification of DNA from 200 bp to 300 kb; the Oligo Purification Kit II is for the purification of smaller DNA fragments and oligonucleotides from 10 to 200 bp. The kits purify DNA from solutions in less than 10 min and from agarose gels in less than 15 min. The procedure yields pure DNA suitable for all applications, including fluorescent sequencing. Further applications include removal of radioisotopes and organic substances and DNA purification following enzymatic reactions. Hybaid.
