Ottawa, Canada--An idea, floated by Canadian physician and entrepreneur Calvin Stiller, became the hottest topic at a conference of health leaders from 14 countries, who met here to discuss innovative ways to fund biomedical research. Revenues would later be plowed back into medical research.
