Paris--Europe's Cluster mission to study Earth's magnetosphere in unprecedented detail was blown up by a faulty launcher in June. But now a panel of scientific advisers has recommended to the European Space Agency that the four spacecraft be reconstructed and reflown around the turn of the century.
