Leshner Named to Lead AAAS

David Malakoff

Alan Leshner, a Maryland psychologist and neuroscientist, will become the next head of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). Leshner, 57, will take over next month for Richard Nicholson, who led AAAS (publisher of Science) for 12 years.
